$120 Option - up to 90 minutes
$160 Option - up to 120 minutes

After you have made your payment click on the "Continue" button to be directed to an appointment form. This form will allow you to request a time preference and some brief information about your situation.
You will receive a direct reply within 48 hours of payment confirmation (please note that e-checks may take up to 4 or 5 days to process).
