 Our
process is as follows:

- Choose
your e-mail option:
$5 Option - up to 250 characters
(about 50 words)
$35 Option - up to 2500 characters
(about 500 words)
$55 Option - up to 6000 characters
(about 1200 words)
- After
you have completed your e-mail to your satisfaction
(you will have unlimited time to write out
your concerns), click send at the bottom
of that screen and it will be automatically
sent to our clinical director.
- You
will receive a direct reply within 24 -
48 hours of payment confirmation (please
note that e-checks may take up to 4 or 5
days to process).
- Feel
free to submit several e-mails. However,
for us to better help you, we will need
you to keep your Preferred Name (the name
by which you want us to remember you by)
consistent with each e-mail.
